24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. This policy allows enough time for another client to book the appointment time.
If proper notice is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied toward a future appointment.
